Escape to your perfect Orlando family getaway in this 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa located in the gated Emerald Island Resort, just minutes from Disney World and Universal Studios. Comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests, this spacious single-level home features a private south-facing pool & spa, a fun-filled game room, and themed kids’ bedrooms — ideal for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Designed for comfort and convenience, the bright open layout offers easy access for everyone in your group. High ceilings and natural light create a welcoming indoor-outdoor atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Living & Dining
The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering after a day at the parks, with a comfortable family room and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, with both a sunny breakfast nook and a formal dining area for meals together.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps up to 9)
The home features two master suites and two themed bedrooms:
• Master Suite 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with garden tub, walk-in shower, and direct pool access
• Master Suite 2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with a Mickey Mouse theme
• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) with a Frozen theme

This was an excellent holiday for me and my family. The villa was outstanding, perfectly equipped with everything we needed and in excellent condition. The pool was a big hit during our stay with plenty of use every day.The host Yelena was extremely helpful throughout the stay, she quickly addressed some minor concerns we had, and communicated key information about the stay on a regular basis. Overall the stay truly lived up to, and exceeded, our expectations I would fully recommend to anyone looking for a villa in the Kissimmee area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa on Emerald Island Blvd. The house was spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer and a well-equipped kitchen. My family loved the pool and spa/hot tub. Close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and other amenities (check out Wild Florida Adventure Park in Kenansville FL!). The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We definitely stay again or refer to a friend. Thanks.

This is a Diamond stay, from superb location (furthest park is only 15 minutes), to extreme cleanliness, every amenity you need is there, and the hosts are THE BEST!! Stayed for two weeks, the villa was great for our group’s requirements and only a few minutes from the Disney theme parks. We opted to have the pool heated due to the time of year (early December).Host was available throughout our stay by WhatsApp if needed and checked in with us to ensure we were happy with everything and offer recommendations of local businesses worth a visit.We look forward to another stay at this villa, hopefully in the near future.

Our family had a lovely stay at Yelena’s property. Yelena replied promptly to any queries I had before and after booking. Our family enjoyed the heated pool which was clean and regularly attended to.The management company attended promptly and fixed the shower in second ensuite at the start of holiday .There were a few minor things a) part of screen around pool was down which we fixed ourselves b) the clothes airer was unusable as broken and kept collapsing.c) It was disappointing that the dustbin still had loose clothing/ shoes etc from previous holidaymakers which we bagged up.d) The hoover was still full of dust and dirt.We made every effort to take care of Yelena’s property and follow the rules. Thank you Yelena for allowing us to rent your home.

Wonderful stay

Excellent hosts, very accommodating with information and requests. Property is immaculate with everything needed. Located just behind 192 within easy reach of all things needed. Staff on site were helpful but a little too firm with instructions, I understand having been part of a HOA how they can be bit to others it may seem a little authoritarian. Still a beautiful home ran by excellent hosts.

This is a great place to stay with your family. The host ws very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this house.
