My Top 3 items where I would rate this property above similar properties on the Windsor palms estate, of which I have stayed in seven to date. (1) This property has a covered area outside that provides seating / dining area for shade and rain cover. Very useful, as you don’t need to worry about changes in the weather. (2) Very close to the club house.(3). The internal layout is better than other properties, the split between the open plan kitchen area / lounge works well. Plus for any runners. Two full laps around the estate is a good safe 5 mile run.

This home is well suited for 8 guests. Lots of room, the kitchen is well equipped and the pool/spa area was my favorite part! A quiet neighbourhood and the king bed was super comfy. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Overall, we immensely enjoyed the use of this home. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Cleanliness was top-notch. Televisions in every bedroom and the living room, but who has time to watch them with a beautiful pool, game room, and a good selection of board games and books to read?Great Location - Fifteen to twenty minute drives to and from the Magic Kingdom parks, WalMart five minutes away, and easy access to I4 and the Florida turnpike. If we come back to Orlando, we will stay here again without hesitation.

Great vacation. House was very clean and nice. Hosts we're easy to communicate with with any needs that we had. Couple things i would do if it was my property would update living room furniture and include a outdoor grill.

Hot tub was perfect. Kitchen was okay. No laundry soap to start laundry when we left but had my own along so used that. Would be nice to have had a grab rail for getting in and out of pool and hot tub.

Perfect for our family

We loved the neighborhood and the gated security. The surrounding area had a lot of restaurants and fun things to do. The community pool area was a nice addition with a game room, restaurant, store, etc. Most importantly, I thought the furniture and beds were so comfortable. Much appreciated for good rest when traveling.

Great location

Property is close to Disney and Universal, as well as restaurants and shops. The home was clean and comfortable for our family. The pool did have a layer of algae and debris so it could use a good shock treatment and deep clean.

Great house and pool

Perfect for our holiday stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house could use a few minor updates (maybe new shower heads in the bathroom) but was comfortable and had everything we needed. The proximity to the community basketball court was appreciated by the kids as well.
