Beautiful Kelly Greens 1st Floor Corner Unit Condo

This 1st Floor Condo is your vacation Home Away From Home with many extra amenities including Free WIFI (anywhere inside our condo & Lanai). Located in Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club, a private and gated community with a new (2016) Par 72 Championship Golf Course. Our Golf includes 8 sets of Tees, a full practice range with over 20 grass hitting stations, an extensive short game practice area and a 9,000 square foot putting green. There is a Pro-Shop, golf clinics and private lessons available as well.

This condo is situated directly across (100’ away) from one of the many Kelly Greens’ pools, a Tennis Court & Bocce Ball area. Our outside storage closet contains tennis rackets/balls, beach/pool gear, plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas, coolers, toys & outside lawn chairs for your use. Community BBQ Grill is located outside of the Pool House Door near Bocce Area.

Kelly Greens has 5 miles of private, lighted sidewalks (with benches along the way) and streets for walking, jogging or biking along with many clubs and activities (water aerobics, yoga, trivia nights and cooking classes, etc.). See our Notes under the 'RATES Section' about the (optional) Full Membership Transfer Fee to play Golf and a ‘Dining-Only’ (optional) fee if you choose.

Lots to do

My husband and I stayed at this home with adult children due to its proximity to the hospital where a family member was being treated. It was extremely comfortable and quiet! Yet there are wonderful amenities such as pools, tennis courts and golf to enjoy. It's a short ride to Sanibel and Captiva also. The kitchen was well stocked. There are lots of restaurants nearby if you choose not to cook. The owners were easy to communicate with and very sensitive to our circumstances for being there. We would definitely return and would recommend this home.
