Spacious villa, high standard, private outdoor grill and swimming pool (****)

Villa MM&HDS is a three-storey villa, with one apartment per floor. When renting the entire villa, the tenant has exclusive access to the rental apartment which constitutes the ground floor, the rental apartment which constitutes the top floor and the outdoor area. The only part of the villa that is not accessible to guests is the first floor. This floor is inhabited by staff who clean the apartments, clean the pool, maintain the place and are available to help guests during their stay. Each rental apartment has a ground area of ​​approx. 130m2 and spacious south-facing terrace of approx. 30m2.

The apartments have an open, spacious and bright kitchen/dining/lounge area in front with sliding doors towards the terraces. The kitchens are modern, well-equipped and characterized by high quality ranging from materials to appliances. Spacious dining rooms with seating for 8 around the tables and lounge areas with corner sofas and flat screen TVs. Two baths. Each apartment has a large main bathroom with double sinks, double shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition, the ground floor has a smaller but fully equipped guest bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms. Two large, north-facing bedrooms with double beds and sliding doors facing small balconies. The ground floor apartment also has a smaller bedroom to the west with a fixed single bed and possibility for extra mattress or cot. (Extra mattresses or cots can be placed according to our guests desires as long as the number of guests does not exceed a total of 12 people).

Guests have free, wireless internet access and free parking. In addition, guests have exclusive access to a private outdoor area with 10m swimming pool (170cm depth), outdoor shower, deck chairs, outdoor kitchen and dining area. Bikes and bicycle helmets can be borrowed free of charge. Each apartment has its own washing machine. Chair, bed and toilet seat for babies / toddlers made available on request (free of charge).

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area, on a hill above the center of Vodice. The distance to the beach/sea is about 900 m as the crow flies and about 1.5 km in walking/biking distance. There are many houses and apartments for rent much closer to the beach, but few offer similar size, build quality and standard. Here you live and sleep in a quiet area, sheltered from the noise of traffic and nightlife.

Vodice is a charming seaside town with about 10,000 inhabitants, a one hour drive from both the airport in Zadar (north) and Split (south). Tourists, both young and old, can enjoy a varied offer of activities and attractions. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing on the beaches in and around the city. Go fishing, diving, on cycling trips or attend excursions by boat or various sporting activities. The city center consists of cozy stone houses centered around the marina. Here you will find restaurants, cafes, ice- and cocktail-bars in a row.

The town is an ideal base for visiting a number of attractions in the Dalmatia region. Those who want to experience some of the wonderful scenery Croatia offers can travel to the nature reserve Krka. Here you can go on day trips and swim in fabulous surroundings right below beautiful waterfalls. The distance to the Krka is 45 km. Kornati is also well worth a visit. This national park consists of numerous islands, reefs and lagoons. We also recommend a trip to the island Prvic dating back to the 1100s and to the fishing village Tribunj. Several nearby towns have stunning ancient fortifications. Among them are Trogir (a Unesco's World Heritage site), just 58 km away and Primosten only 39 km away.

We are in contact with local taxi owners which ensures us affordable transportation fares. We can help arrange transport to and from the airport upon request, and we will provide our guests with contact information for other transportation needs during their stay.

The keys to the villa and apartments are handed over at the villa's address. Hosts live at the same place and will accommodate new guests upon arrival. Practical information about the site including directions will be forwarded before arrival.
