1908 Victorian Farmhouse (Unit B)

Our space is unique in the sense that our barn and farmhouse were both built before Oklahoma even became a state! The moment you step onto our property, it feels like you've gone back to simpler times and you can let the rest of the world melt away for the duration of your stay.

The 5500 square feet of building space is divided into two separate units. This listing is for Unit B with a red front door by the garages. Unit B has two bedrooms (all upstairs) and 2.5 bathrooms, with roughly 2700 square feet of living space.

You CANNOT book ‘EVENTS’ such as parties or weddings via our Airbnb. Nor can you use the barn space for ANY purpose. If you are looking to use our space for ANY event or gathering with more than 6 people, you will need to contact The Barn at the Woods in Edmond, Oklahoma. you are looking for an extended "stay-cation" or a one-night "get-away," our property is the perfect fit for relaxation and fun. With the comfortable Unit B 2 bedroom Victorian Farmhouse wrap-around porch and pool area, it's easy to connect with nature while also being close to the city for a night out.

Thanks for your interest in our property! We find that our guests who have the most enjoyable visits are aware of some unique things about our property. Please be aware of the following:



--Privacy:

We want to let you know that our property is a working wedding venue with office hours in the cottage across the driveway from Unit B (closed on Mondays). There may be showings to prospective brides and grooms on the exterior of the property, but they will not come in-doors, or onto the porches, or into the pool area. Also, there is a Unit A on the same property. You will share the porches, pool, and parking areas with the guests in Unit A.

--Access:

We do not allow any more than 6 guests on the property for Unit B through the VRBO booking at any given time with one exception: If you want to host a small pool or house party with up to 15 people, you will need to select the "add an additional guest" option for an additional $300. This will give you the ability to have up to a total of 6 people sleep on the property, but have an additional 9 people on the property during the day/evening who must leave the property by 11 pm each night. We do not allow our Unit B guests to use the historic Barn on the property. You can certainly look at it and walk into it, but no events may be held in it, and the electricity will not be connected in the Barn so there will be no lights or plugs. If you'd like to use the Barn for a wedding or special event, please contact Barn At The Woods through our website for access.

With all of that being said, we are in the middle of 40 acres of farmland and we back up to a creek, so you will have beautiful surroundings which we hope you will enjoy!
