Great communication with the host. Upon arrival, it was a pleasant surprise to have the Jacuzzi already warmed up. The property was immaculate, very comforting and clean, the neighborhood was quiet and everything was conveniently located around the property. Check in and communication/ response time was great. The house was pretty clean over all. There was enough towels and blankets for all of us. The neighborhood was old but nice and quiet. I felt comfortable enough to walk each evening as well. We did have a couple issues. There was no remote for the master bedroom TV, and it was not until our second to last day that we received one. The microwave did not work for all of our stay. We had brought things that could easily have been heated up, but we couldn't eat them. We were on the go as we were in town for a baseball tournament. So that was pretty disappointing. All of us had issues with the mattresses being too hard. I woke up each night and had to take motrin for back pain. I would recommend new mattresses or at the least, some toppers. The bathrooms were in good condition and the hot tub was nice. With a few updates, I would stay again.

Regarding the TV remote, our cleaning team found the original remote under the master bed after checkout. Since I couldn’t verify its location during your stay, I brought a replacement the following day to make sure you had access to the TV as quickly as possible. The microwave issue was unfortunately unexpected. Once we learned of the problem, a technician advised replacement due to the unit’s age. We immediately ordered a new microwave, but were unable to find one in stock locally during your stay.

Lisad is a great host. Very sweet and super timely with communication. The property is so well kept - it was clean and felt luxury! Depending on your group, just make sure you’re comfortable sleeping in closer proximity to one another. Would 100% rebook and recommend this property!
