Between Angers and Saumur, this old Angevin house, nestled in nature, surrounded by vineyards and woods, offers a relaxing, rural setting.

Diane, a winemaker on her family estate just minutes from the cottage, and Guillaume will be delighted to share their passion for the vines with you in this beautiful region and introduce you to the different appellations of the Angevin vineyards.

The cottage opens onto a living room with an open kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), a dining room, and a lounge area with a television. On the ground floor, the cottage features a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The upper floor offers two attic bedrooms (each with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the view of the vineyards (garden furniture, garden chairs, barbecue, etc.). You can also park your vehicle in the cottage's courtyard.

Shops are 10 minutes away in the town of Brissac, famous for its castle, the highest in France! You can reach the banks of the Loire in 10 minutes and the cities of Angers and Saumur in 30 minutes.

Located in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park, you can enjoy all the pleasures of nature and the banks of the Loire: hiking trails, the "Loire à Vélo" cycle path, visits to vineyards and châteaux, etc. From the cottage, you can set off on a hilly circuit offering landscapes of crops, including artichokes, seeds, flowers, and vineyards, as well as a visit to the Manoir de la Caillère, an art gallery in a troglodyte site.
