Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 31 m² studio apartment for 2 people for rent in the heart of Strasbourg, located on the 5th floor, with elevator. It's ideal for couples, friends or business travelers. Completely renovated in 2018, this apartment has been awarded a 3-star rating by ADT (Alsace Destination Tourisme). You'll be located in the center of Strasbourg, between Place Kléber and Place Broglie, near the Aubette shopping center.
The accommodation comprises
- Living room with TV, comfortable sofa, dining table for two, coffee table.
- A kitchen with microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and a range of kitchen utensils.
- Sleeping area with comfortable double bed.
- Spacious, well-appointed bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
Additional equipment: hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The studio is located in the center of Strasbourg. You'll find yourself close to the FestiPain bakery as well as a Monoprix supermarket.
You'll be at :
- Place Kléber, 2 minutes on foot.
- Aubette shopping center, 2 minutes' walk.
- Notre-Dame de Strasbourg cathedral, 6 minutes' walk.
- Palais du Rhin, 7 minutes on foot.
- Place du Jardin de la République, 8 minutes on foot.
Transportation:
- Pay parking "Parking Broglie" and "Homme de Fer" 200 meters from studio.
- Broglie" (Lines B, C, F) and "Homme de Fer" (Lines B, C, F) streetcars.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
- The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

You will be able to access your accommodation from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a hotel opposite the station. It's about a 12-minute walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This hotel closes at 9pm, so check-in will not be possible after 9pm.
