Sweet and fresh three bedroom, one bath cottage located in Sunset Park. Off street parking, hardwood floors, flat screen television, WiFi, linens/towels, well appointed kitchen, dining room and washer/dryer. Back deck and fenced in back yard. Bicycle, kayak, beach gear storage available.

This peaceful home is located in a quiet well established neighborhood near the Cape Fear River and the NC State Port, about 2 miles south of downtown, shopping, dining. Located about 20 minutes from the airport, and all beaches, including Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach.
