Beautiful 1 Bedroom/1bath with tile flooring throughout, plus screen enclosed lanai, giving more living space to enjoy the outdoors. Everything was great!! More than 1.5 rolls of tp for 2 grown adults from Fri evening to Monday morning. The bed is hard but some people like that. Overall excellent!!

Very nice clean property. Everything was as listed. Location is phenomenal w all the amenities right there. Pool was nice and parking was great. Great place and would recommend to anyone.

Cynthia was very welcoming and answered our questions very timely. We really enjoy the Burnt Store Marina area. It is so pretty. The condo was very nice also.

Read entire review:The host was fantastic to work with before and during our stay. The condo was relatively clean and very well appointed. We really did eventually enjoy our stay… but it took us a while to get over the bait and switch feeling. The photos provided and the verbiage in the ad do not clearly represent the location and view from the condo. It has no marina views even though two of the first three photos in the ad show the view of the marina. Your view was not the marina, not the pool but the parking lot. You don’t have a view of “Marina life,” you have a view of the parking lot. So once you realize the switcharoo you settle in and stop worrying about it. The pool is pretty run down but is serviceable. The tiki bar (Cas Cay, the only restaurant/bar within 15 minutes) shuts down early and has horrific service. BUT still… it’s not a bad place to stay. The condo is comfortable and WOW the shower has great water pressure.

I am sorry you are disappointed and feel that it was a bait and switch in terms of the view from the unit. We have never had this complaint as we do post a picture of the view from the lanai in the listing photos. There are several shared outdoor spaces in the building and directly in front with tables and umbrellas with the direct marina view that residents and guests enjoy. There are actually 3 restaurants within Burnt Store Marina property. Cass Cay, Trading Post (breakfast, pizzas and sandwiches) and Linkside Cafe at the golf club which has a large recently renovated restaurant and bar open to the public. In addition there are 2 off property restaurants within 3 miles of BSM.

Great stay

Liked the contactless check in upon arrival. Place was exactly as shown in the listing. It was a perfect location for our visit with friends in Punta Gorda. Would definitely love to stay again next year!

Perfect Marina-access spot in beautiful community

My father spent a month in this convenient, clean condo. It was great for access to Marina bar and restaurant as well as the community golf course.

Keel Club

The clean and comfortable condo is located near the marina with an outdoor pool. Close to a walking path, plus two places to eat within walking distance, convenient in-unit laundry, and ample free parking.

Beautiful area

Amazing place. If you like the Marina life it’s definitely for you. I found some great fishing spots and caught Tarpon , black drum , Jack. Only thing to consider is it’s somewhat isolated? No Dominos haha, but I stayed a while and loved it.

Great location, next to restaurant. Loved balcony. we never cooked. Not much storage in kitchen for groceries. Loved the bed, closet and a super shower. Loved the pool also. Parking a breeze.
