Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment, perfect for one or two families. Located in Saint Martin d'Uriage, close to Grenoble and its mountains (20 minutes from Chamrousse...).

Whether it's a mountain getaway, a romantic weekend, a family vacation, or simply a peaceful retreat after a day of work, you'll appreciate the comfort of the place and the tranquility of the apartment.

The 75m² apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate 6 people.
Bed linens and towels will be provided. The cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay is included.

Upon entering the apartment, you step into the main room that opens up to the equipped kitchen. There, you'll find a large 'monastery' table for enjoying good meals. The living room allows you to rest comfortably and provides access to the 200m2 private garden.

For the sleeping quarters, you first encounter a master bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. On the other side of the main room, there's a bedroom with 2 beds and a workspace, and right next to it, a TV/relaxation room with a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed.

To receive you under the best conditions and ensure your comfort, we provide:

- 1 sofa bed (140x200)
- 2 single beds (80x200), convertible into a king-sized bed (160x200)
- cozy duvets
- TV with a smart box (you can access your Netflix, Prime Video accounts, etc.)
- Wi-Fi internet access

- Espresso coffee machine and some capsules
- A set of towels and bed linens. Please let us know the number of guests and the ages of the children.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible without stairs from the parking area.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal and offers free shared parking, as well as a private garage box available upon request for your car, bikes, skis, and more...

You can enjoy various activities throughout the year.

In winter:
- 15 minutes from the apartment, access to the Chamrousse ski resort via the Casserousse chairlift, which also serves as a starting point for ski touring and snowshoeing.
- Chamrousse ski resort is 20 minutes away for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing.
- Other ski resorts such as Les 7 Laux (45 minutes), Alpe d'Huez (1 hour), and Les 2 Alpes (1 hour and 15 minutes) are easily accessible.
- Shuttles are available nearby.

In summer:
- Hiking, mountain biking, and road cycling (Les Balcons de Belledone, the 21 bends of Alpe d'Huez...).
