Apartment with a good location, but minor defects
The apartment is spacious and perfectly adequate for two people. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea, although a tree on the right side was a bit of a distraction. The beach and sea are just a short walk around the house in a fenced garden. The bus, which stops right outside the front door, takes you directly to Cannes in just a few minutes. There was an underground parking space for your own car.Upon arrival, we were contacted by a different person than agreed upon, which caused some confusion. The meeting point was also a bit unclear at first. However, the handover went smoothly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We found human toenails on the floor, the supposedly freshly made pillow had stains and was therefore not used by us, we found a bag of used socks in the closet, a previous tenant's shirt was still hanging in the bathroom, and cleaning cloths were in the washing machine. The air conditioning wasn't optimal, and if you wanted to sit on the balcony, you had to turn it off because otherwise you wouldn't have been able to stand being on the balcony, as the outdoor unit blows directly onto the balcony.
