The house is ideally located in the heart of the village of Le Vieil: right on the beach and 50 meters from shops and restaurants.

This peaceful town of Noirmoutier charms everyone with its authenticity and charm. It’s a place barely touched by the summer crowds, set back from the town of Noirmoutier yet just a few minutes from downtown.
In Le Vieil, people mostly get around by bike or on foot, meandering from alley to alley—almost all of which lead to the beach!

This functional home was built with a wood-frame structure while respecting the local architecture of a traditional Vendée home from that era.
It’s also fully insulated with wood wool, and the “lungs” of the house are the dual-flow mechanical ventilation systems, which ensure clean air and a comfortable indoor temperature year-round, whether in summer or winter.
In short, it’s an eco-friendly, sustainable home where life is “good and comfortable”!
