Beautiful fully stocked apartment

I adored my stay in this stunning space. The apartment is well located and has everything you need for a longer stay. Communication with Ana and the meetup/house tour by Carlos all went very smoothly. I was thoroughly impressed and hope to return.

Wonderful

This was my first trip to Lisbon and Portugal. The apartment exceeded all my expectations! Travel as a solo female can seem daunting. The check-in was very easy, punctual and friendly. The apartment was completely equipped and stocked with everything a person could want or need.I found the location ideal and well situated to public transit as well as restaurants. If visiting Lisbon…this is a wonderful stay!

Comfortable and convenient

This nicely decorated and well-equipped one bedroom apartment was just perfect for our visit! The owner communicated quickly with us and was very agreeable to our requests. Nice location with nearby grocery store and other businesses around. If stairs are difficult for you, this may not be a good choice for you. Otherwise, we highly recommend it.

Great location

The apartment is situated perfectly and central to everything we wanted to do. We loved the tile accents and old-world charm of the place. We stayed for 4 weeks, and the weekly cleaning was very nice and appreciated. We did some remote work there, and the internet was very fast, and we had no issues. We never saw any other tenants in the building, but we could hear other people's footsteps and even conversations at times. We read other reviews about this, though, and came prepared with earplugs for sleeping.

Fantastic stay with so many extras!

Really great experience! Ana and her team were very responsive. The apartment is absolutely lovely, comfortable, very convenient for exploring the city, yet quiet enough to sleep with windows open. Kitchen well equipped with pantry items left from prior stays (coffee, condiments, oils, etc.) And so many extra thoughtful touches - welcome bottle of wine, two reloadable cards for public transit (which we made good use of), a ton of guidebooks (organized by language :)), local music, etc. Really made our stay wonderful. Muito obrigado!

A great place to stay away from the crowds but still in a convenient neighborhood.

At first I thought I wanted to stay right next to a Metro station, but when we saw the pictures of this apartment we could not resist picking this place. Although Tram 28 was not running by the apartment during our stay, the charm of the narrow streets cannot be overstated. Also I believe we made the better choice than staying in the Alfama district as we had walking access to Rossio Station for our excursion to Sintra and Cais de Sodré for our excursion to Cascais. And we were close to Baixo-Chiado too!The apartment itself has all the amenities that we needed. The newer windows did a superb job of keeping out the outside noise. There was a nice collection of CDs that we took advantage of playing. There is a small pastry cafe right outside the front door, but we mostly cooked our own breakfast every day and either dinner or lunch to save on costs and calories!The hosts were very helpful and gave us great suggestions.I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to experience Lisbon as a local.

Wir waren zu zweit und hatten tolle 2 Wochen. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, man erreicht den Bahnhof Cais de Sodro in 10 min. Von dort kann man in zu den Stränden oder in die nächsten schönen Orte wie Cascais. Leider ist es etwas laut in der Wohnung vom Straßenlärm. Auch ist es bei um die 30 Grad sehr warm, weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben schöne Empfehlungen von Carlos bekommen. Vielen Dank.

Bildschönes Apartment, hervorragende Lage, sehr sauber und gepflegt, perfekte Betreuung vor Ort.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, sehr stilvolles Apartment mit den portugiesischen Kacheln, sehr gepflegt und sauber, wir wurden vor Ort von Helena empfangen, die uns alles wunderbar erklärt hat, das Taxi für den Rückflug gebucht und auf unsere Bitte nochmal umgebucht hat. Rundum nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Ausgesprochen hübsche, gemütliche Wohnung, von der aus man viele Attraktionen Lissabons zu Fuss erreichen kann. Grosse Auswahl an Reiseliteratur in verschiedenen Sprachen vorhanden. Vielen Dank der ausgesprochen hilfsbereiten und netten Helena, die uns zu sehr früher Stunde schon empfangen hat. Da kommen wir gerne wieder hin!

Great on every level

We so enjoyed our stay Location was perfect and loved the neighborhood 10 min walk from the subway The kitchen was well set up and after many busy days it was great to come home to a comfortable cosy place. Ana even had a collection of Lisbon travel books.

Mooi oud!

Een ruim, sfeervol appartement in een buurt met restaurantjes en winkeltjes om de hoek. Alles voor een prettig verblijf is aanwezig. Bovendien stond er een lekkere fles wijn voor ons klaar in de koelkast. De eigenaresse heeft ook erg veel info over Lissabon in meerdere talen beschikbaar. Ook zorgde ze voor een taxi om ons heel vroeg naar het vliegveld te brengen. Topdagen gehad in Lissabon!

Home from home

Beautiful apartment in lovely neighbourhood. Helena was super helpful from letting us drop our bags early to ordering our taxi back to the airport. Very well equipped with essentials and extras such as guidebooks and music. An easy walk of 15mins to the shore and lots of excellent restaurants on your doorstep. A very authentic Lisbon experience ♥️

Beautiful, comfortable place

Description is accurate. The blue tiles are original with complimentary details all around. Kitchen is large and bed is very comfy. Lots is room to spread out. Only drawback is it’s on 3rd floor. Situated in a great area walking distance from trams and trains. Lots of pastry all around you!

Beautiful apartment in Lisbon

We were met at the door by a friend of the owner She explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment! I loved the azualas and my husband enjoyed watching the trams ramble by. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Lisbon.

Great location

Carlos gave us a warm welcome and introduction to the neighborhood, transportation, grocery store. The only downside is the garbage truck every morning at about 7 o´clock, very noisy. Otherwise perfect location within walking distance to mostly everything in the old town, trainstation, ferries etc. Spotless apartment, good space for two persons. Nice small cafes and restaurants close. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Ideal apartment

Old World Character & Great Location!

Beautiful space with gorgeous azulejos on many walls. Corner with fantastic windows & light. We'll equipped for comfort & function, soft thirsty towels, great kitchen. Enjoyed an excellent bottle of wine that was given to us! Carlos checked us in & shared his extensive knowledge of the area, and made great recommendations based on our interests. Would return in a heartbeat!

This neighbourhood is great!

Comfortable and authentic apartment in characterful and convenient location. The pre-holiday communication and arrival and check-in were excellent. The apartment, though suffering a little from a surfeit of varnished wood, was comfy and was the most diligently-stocked rental we've ever stayed in. Every small convenience you'd have in your own home was here. We were ten minutes' walk from the waterside and Chiado/Baixa in the other direction and the fabled 28 tram went just past the door. Had a lovely time. Would fully recommend.
