Esprit Chalet at the foot of the slopes

At the foot of the slopes, 100 m from the Diable cable car in the Venosc district of Les 2 Alpes. With a surface area of 150 m2, this magnificent apartment occupies the entire 3rd and last floor of a small residence of 6 apartments, completed in early 2023. It offers a large chalet-style living room with its pellet stove, extended by a large balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Muzelle mountain and the slopes, as well as 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes and utensils. The sleeping area is made up of 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms as well as a large independent bathroom. The apartment has an independent ski locker and a double closed garage. The area around the residence is quiet, but very central, 2 minutes walk from the Diable gondola, lift pass counter, ski rental, bakery, several supermarkets and numerous bars and restaurants .

Appartement tout comfort idéalement placé

Nous avons passé une fantastique semaine de vacances malgré une météo capricieuse. Le logement est très spacieux (nous étions 9), super équipé et très agréable. Le garage pour 2 voitures est un plus appréciable.
