This beautiful 1 bedroom pristine condo unit has it all. Comfortable king size bed, privacy, full bathroom with roman bathtub, washer/dryer, full kitchen with all the utensils you will need, two flat screen tv's, fast free wifi, private balcony overlooking lush gardens with a fountain. Escape to Paradise! The Laterra resort boasts a plethora of amenities right outside your doorstep. Heated pool, pool with waterfall, jacuzzi hot tub, tennis courts, award winning Golf (King and Bear across the street), fitness center, on site spa (Circle of Wellness), and much more. This charming condo is located within a short drive to beautiful beaches to choose from - whether you want to surf or just put your toes in the water, it's all within driving range. Historic old St. Augustine welcomes you with trolly rides, shopping on St. Georges street, landmarks, festivals, holidays with Night of Lights, various boat tours. Now for food - so many restaurants for so many different tastes. One within walking distance., others within a 5 minute drive. Additionally, restaurants with live music, brunch options, drinks, waterfront, so much to choose from. Be our guest and make this rental your home away from home!

* Close to Murabella, Silverleaf, King and Bear Golf, S&S Golf, and about 20 minutes away from Nocatee. Great location and typically safe from natural disasters.

This was a very safe, comfortable property in an exclusive, gated community. The check-in process was smooth and the directions were very thorough. The gate access was easy to use. The furniture was comfortable, the bed was very relaxing. The host was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property for a weekend visit or a long stay in the St. Augustine area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This has to be the best place to stay. The room was gorgeous, even had a washer and dryer so you go home with clean clothes, the bed was amazing. It was the best place we have ever stayed at. Clean and everything you need was there. It was like moving your own home to beautiful Saint Augustine FL. The host was always quick to reply to any questions and very sweet. We would highly recommend this rental to everyone.If I had to ask for any changes it probably be that there was 2 keys & fobs for guest. This way if one wanted to go do one thing like shop (me ;) ) and the other my hubby wanted to spend the day at the incredible pool it would work nicely. Having only one key fob made it Hard for us.

This is a lovely one bedroom accommodation with a full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer, with a lovely little balcony, extremely clean commendation as well as property. We had a really nice weekend there! Would highly recommend to others.

Great location.

I primarily play golf during my stay so the location puts me near several GC 's. I've stayed at this complex many times and this has been the best unit I've stayed in.

A visit to st augustine

Spent a couple of days in st Augustine. A little far from the the downtown of course but the place was lovely

Relaxing and enjoyable stay

The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was just like being at home with all the amenities you need. The location was perfect for us being near family but also has easy access to many activities.

Peaceful condo and location

Very clean and comfortable unit. Quiet at night so you’ll be fine for an early tee time! Convenient for golf at the King and the Bear with relaxing at the pool afterwards.
