The perfect house for you and your family to enjoy all the magic Bear Lake has to offer! This home has 4 total rooms: 1 enormous King master bedroom with a bonus bunk room,1 queen bedroom en suite, on the main floor, 2 spacious queen rooms upstairs, PLUS an enormous bunk/game room! When you're not on the beautiful lake, you'll be HERE! This beautiful kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and large island to host the perfect buffet. Tables and chairs can be found in the EXTRA LARGE garage to allow for extra seating for large groups and gatherings. Walking distance to the marina, pickleball courts, clubhouse swimming pool, NEW grocery store, coffee shop and gas station! This home has everything you need for a dreamy vacation! We would love to hose you and your guest!

Great for Large Groups

The teens loved the large bunk room. The location is great. The only negative is the email you get when you get there makes you scared to breathe in the house with some of the "warnings."

Great spot to get together with friends and family. Got to meet up with old friends and their kids and this was a great place to stay with very responsive owners.

Great Group Cabin

Had a couple of glitches with garage door not working and dishwasher broken, but other than that it was a very comfortable and spacious rental. Great for large reunions.

Best Memorial Day

Excellent stay. There is plenty to do in the home with foosball table, ping pong, fire pit for s’mores, bbq grill and plenty of place to sleep. The kitchen is amazing with plenty of room to feed a large group. Swimming pool and jacuzzi is walking distance. Thanks Liz for being a great host!

Best VRBO we have stayed at

This is an absolute great place to stay. We enjoyed the space, there was everything we needed and more. It was very clean, and we all just had the best time there. It was easy and the owners were very friendly and generous. If you need a place where kids can play upstairs and the adults can play downstairs, this is it. And there were so many beds, we couldn't fill them all. Highly recommended!

Great place for a group

This was a great property for a group who is coming and going. It doesn’t have a large gathering space- but you can set up more tables and chairs in the garage to make do. Lots of beds! We liked the neighborhood pool, the fun bunk room, the well designed kitchen, and the grassy patch for the neighborhood to use. The only downside is that there is a LOT of construction in this area. It’s kinda loud all day! I know that will change eventually but in August 2022, it was filled with music, air compressors, nail guns… once that construction is done, you’re golden. Kitchen is well stocked, fun games for the kids, comfortable beds. Toilet paper is 1ply… so bring your own there but otherwise it’s a well-stocked, fun time! Enjoy!

excellent location

We loved the location. It is close to the lake and shops. We had 26 in our party and we all had a great bed. It could have been cleaner. We opened the roll away couch and it was full of food and crumbs. The yard was weedy and dead. The garage was dirty.

Convenient property close to everything

This property is near the marina, drive ins, shops, and beaches. It was new and nice. The giant bunk room is perfect to stay with extended family.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the pool and adjacent lawn area. However the property was not cleaned sufficently. There was no propane gas with the unit very dirty. There was no high chairs for infants and the bathrooms had insufficient towels. The tires on the bike were flat and we needed to borrow a pump from the neighbor. Overall the unit was not cleaned thoroughly

Perfect place for family close to everything

We spent most of our time on the north beach (about a 15-20 min drive from here), but it was great to come back to such a comfortable place to stay. It has most everything you could need and is so close to all the restaurants so you can end the day with a shake. The bedrooms are perfect for a family with younger kids, and being right next to a swing set is a massive perk. It’s a great spot and we’d definitely stay again.

Clean, nice home. However unwelcoming.

This was a very well kept and clean home in a good location with nice amenities (pool/hot tub). However the homeowner was the most unwelcoming/ un helpful homeowner I've ever had to deal with. We arrived 25 minutes early to the home and she refused to let us in a minute earlier then 4pm. There was no warm welcoming at the home only a list of things that would have us immediately evicted. She then had her housekeepers come into the house 30 minutes before the stated check out time and then wrote me an email stating we were to be out of the house. Very unkind and difficult to communicate with. For the expensive price it is to rent this home, I will choose elsewhere to stay next time.

Vacation 2021

This was a nice getaway for our family. There were plenty of beds and the pool being close was awesome. My only complaint is that there was not enough lawn for us to all gather in the evenings. We liked being outside and enjoying the views but there wasn’t enough space for all of us. I would highly recommend this place even though there is not much lawn.

50th wedding celebration

We loved the proximity of our place to Bear Lake and the places we wanted to go. We also liked that we could use back roads and avoid traffic. It was clean(except for the main room rug which has seen better days.) We loved the huge bunkroom and the bunks in the bedrooms for children to be in the same room as their parents. A high chair or booster seat would be helpful. The streaming was slow and on and off. Fans in all rooms would be nice. We had a great time, everyone came, and the weather mostly cooperated. The host was helpful ! thanks

Family get together

We were having a family get together. This house was great! We loved house big it was, and that it had a big room for all the kids to sleep in together as well as spend time in during the day. We also loved that there was a community pool next door for us to play in. The house was very clean and had all the items we needed. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks for allowing us to use your house!! We will be back!!

Great House and Great Location!

Check in was easy and house was very clean upon arrival. Management was prompt with communication about anything we needed. Super close to the lake and walking distance to the cute little shops and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is maybe more frying pans and a couple larger serving bowls. All in all this was a fabulous place with so much to offer. Would book again!!

Great family reunions location!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Liz was very responsive and if we needed anything she took care of it right away. It was nice having the bunk room for the kids and plenty of room for the rest of us. We also enjoyed the community pool and the close proximity to everything else in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
