Gîte rural Le Clos Ferrant- seaside - Flamanville

Le Clos Ferrant: Two recent semi-detached cottages on a property planted with palm trees, bamboo and flowers (large parking lot, lawn, petanque court, barbecue...) located at the end of a dead-end cul-de-sac (no traffic noise), in the countryside above the bay of Sciotot on the west coast of the Cotentin in Normandy.<br><br>Nearby: <br>* the beach of Sciotot is 15 minutes walk away (2 minutes by car),<br>* the marina of Diélette is located 4 kms away with departures for the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney),<br>* the GR223 is a 5/10 minute walk away.<br><br>Two adjoining cottages of about 80 m2 each:<br><br>First floor: <br>Large living room with exposed joists, sofa, relaxation armchair, 108 cm LED TV, TNT with satellite dish, fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, iron, ... <br><br>Upstairs: <br>2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds 90 X 190 (new mattresses installed in May 2025), bathroom with new integral shower cubicle, <br><br>In Les Genets: the separate toilets are on the first floor,<br>In Les Bruyères: the separate toilet is upstairs.<br><br>In common: <br>* a laundry room with washing machine and dryer,<br>* a garden with trees and a fenced parking lot except for the entrance which remains open,<br>* a petanque court, 2 picnic tables, 1 barbecue made of refractory bricks, ... <br>* a 7m2 shed that locks for bicycles, surfboards, motorcycles, etc.,<br>* a wooden shed for garbage cans,<br>*5G on the property / high-performance wifi.<br><br>BEDDING: <br>Free for any reservation of 7 nights: on each bed you will find: 1 fitted sheet + 1 duvet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase.<br><br>For bookings of less than 7 nights: you must bring your own sheets + duvets.<br><br>Bed linen option at 10€ per bed for stays of less than 7 nights.<br><br>Towels are not provided.<br><br>CHARGES: <br>The charges included are: water, gas, local taxes and electricity according to the package below.<br><br>Electricity:<br>- 10 kW electric package per night booked from 1 April to 31 October (for a 7-night stay: we offer you 70 kW)<br><br>- 15 kW electric package per night booked from 1 November to 31 March (for a 7-night stay: we offer you 105 kW) <br><br>In case of exceedance: 0.25 cents € per additional kilowatt. (It's up to you to pay attention to your heating).<br><br>HOUSEKEEPING:<br>The cottage must be clean when you leave (as you found it).<br>Cleaning consists of:<br> * remove dust from furniture, <br>* to vacuum (even under beds) <br>* to wash the floor, <br>* to degrease the kitchen, dishes and appliances, <br>* to clean the toilets, shower and sink.<br><br>Pillows and duvets should be made spotless. <br><br>If the cleaning is not done we charge 50 euros.<br><br>STORAGE:<br>We ask you, on the day of your departure, to tidy up the cottage and empty it of all personal belongings.<br><br>GARBAGE CANS:<br>Waste is to be deposited in the bins (sorting: glass, plastic/cardboard, food) of the garbage shed located in the gite's parking lot.<br><br>ANIMALS:<br>A small, calm animal can
