• Resort fee: $12+GST charged upon arrival
• Includes local calls, Wi-Fi in lobby and guestrooms, board game rentals, renovated 24-hour fitness centre & indoor heated pool and whirlpools, Hi-Spy viewing machines, business centre, complimentary bike rentals (summer) & mini golf (summer) or snowshoe rentals (winter), on-site parking)

• Damage Deposit: $50/night; fully refundable

Additional Options

• Parking: Complimentary on-site, we recommend leaving vehicles on-site and taking shuttles to visit nearby areas.
• Pets: $20 +GST per night or $60 +GST per stay. Dogs only. No other animals. Please notify our team upon booking (reservation required and subject to availability):
• Three laundry facilities are on site. $4/wash and $4/dry, machines take either quarters or loonies.

The room was fine - clean, well equipped except for the Murphy bed. The mattress was horrible. The location is nice - there is not much in the area though so be prepared to bring groceries etc.

Lovely

The front desk manager upgraded us upon check-in, which was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our unit was clean and neat and well taken care of. Housekeeping took care of all our needs and kept the place clean despite the weather. The gazebo and s’mores on Saturday were a great touch. We will definitely stay again!

A perfect stay in Lake Louise

My husband and I came here to explore Lake Louise and absolutely loved this place! Perfect location close to everything we needed. It was also cozy and warm when the temps outside were unprecedented and freezing. We utilized the hot tub and our fireplace and had the best time here. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

Check in was slow and I noticed that other guest were receiving more information than I received from the person checking me in. The suite was very spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed. There was a full kitchen with lots of crockery and a dishwasher. The laundry was in the same building. The only disappointment was that the bed was a sofa bed, which was not apparent from the photograph. The other sofa was uncomfortable and not well placed to view the TV. WiFi was available. The location was perfect, just out side the village. There was a regular bus to Lake Louise from across the road from Lake Louise Inn.

Lake Louise visit

The property was very clean. The host was responsive to my requests and questions. The location was great. The pull out bed was not the most comfortable, but that was stated in the contract. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Location, location, location. Easy access to ski Lake Louise and an easy drive to Sunshine Village. Unit is clean and efficient. Everything you could want for a fantastic ski vacation.

Close to Visitor Center and Banff

We had a ground floor unit, and the furnishings and layout were just as shown in the photo. The kitchen was the best part with a full size frig and freezer and fairly well equipped kitchen. I did have to scrub a pan before it could be used, and a few of the appliances could have been wiped down a bit better. The small patio did provide a lovely place for some fresh air and easy access to the outdoors. You do have to check-in at the main lodge, which can take some time if a large group is doing so at the same time. Contactless check-in would be nice. The listing did indicate that the resort would charge $10/day but provide free bikes and shuttle service to Lake Louise and Lake Morraine. I don't believe we were charged, but we did have to pay for the shuttle which was $4 per person, each way. So the VRBO listing may need to be updated. It's also necessary to use the Parks Canada website to sign up for the shuttle, so be sure to do that asap...it fills quickly. The location worked great for us as we spent all our time exploring Banff and it was a good home base. A shopping center that contained a deli, coffee shop, grocery, post office, etc was an easy walk from the resort, which was also very convenient. The batteries in our front door died unexpectedly, essentially locking us out of our unit one day. Luckily, we were able to find someone from housekeeping that helped diagnose our issue and assisted us with requesting maintenance to replace the batteries. Maintenance responded quickly, and we were back in our unit within 15 minutes. We appreciated the quick response! The unit gets warm in the summer. A fan is provided and it was necessary. There can be some noise from other units, but ear plugs were also provided. Overall this unit worked well for our stay. The resort staff were friendly and helpful, and the property manager responded quickly to our questions prior to our arrival.

I actually didn’t get the exact room like the picture. This was a first for me with VRBO. It’s not really like a VRBO, but has amenities of a hotel.

Kitchen experience

For three people, they were not enough plates and mugs for two meals (even thow they were many closets empty. Beside that, we loved the view and our experience in Lake Louise!
