Beautiful apartment near the beach with a view of the pool and the mountain 'Segaria'

Very bright, attractive and family-friendly apartment with personal charm in a small, well-kept urbanization in El Verger with a covered terrace on the first floor.
It was built in 2004 and is in very good condition. You have a wonderful view of the community pool and the mountain 'Segaria' in east, south, and west.
You are only approx. 350 m from the beach and only 7 km from the beautiful harbor town of Denia with its well-preserved castle complex, the beautiful old town streets and the daily fish auctions.

In the entire area you have many options for holiday planning, such as: shopping, restaurants, bars, boat trips, quad tours, motorcycling, live music, fiestas, discos, museums, flea markets, snorkeling, spa, beach, diving, beach bars , going out, ferry to Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca, cycling (road and trekking), running, hiking, climbing, tennis, riding, golfing and much more.
Various leisure and water parks such as E.g. Terramitica or Aqualandia can be reached in half an hour by car.

Relaxation or action, there is something for everyone.

But not only in summer there is a lot to see, winter with its mild climate is also very nice here. If you want to spend the winter or just want to extend the summer, please contact me.

We had a wonderful time. The appartment is nice and clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equiped and there is everything you need. The communication with Janett was accurate and all was handled well. We recommend this place.

A fabulous Mother and Daughter relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment

We want to thank Sylvia for the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment has absolutely everything one could need on holiday including sun loungers for the pool and shopping trolley for the beach or shops (great if you don’t have a car and need to get your water from Lidl). Overall the apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and we felt very safe as we were two women on our own. Sylvia recommended Beniconnect bus service from Alicante airport to Denia which took about an hour - we then got a taxi to the apartment. A nice easy journey as we didn’t want to hire a car. We did the same to return to the airport. The pool is cleaned every other day and most days we had it to ourselves which was fabulous. Our terrace overlooked the pool and mountains and we felt it was the best positioned apartment on the whole urbanisation. The location is a little out of the way if you don’t have a car but perfect for us as we only wanted to chill by the pool or go to the beach. Lidl is approximately a 10 minute walk as are a handful of reasonably priced restaurants, unfortunately the outlook isn’t great as they are on the road. There are more restaurants along the beach but these are a good half hour walk away. The closest beach is a 10 minute easy stroll and is beautiful with clear, clean sea but there are no beach bars or shops there. We had trouble finding out the bus route into Denia so ended up getting a taxi there one day- this cost €18 each way. We discovered a great market on Sunday morning along Avenue Valencia which is the main road close to Lidl. Well worth a visit. Sylvia was a great host and was at the end of the phone for any problems (not that we had any). She was kind, helpful and couldn’t do enough. Thank you so much! We really were sad to leave and hope to return. Bridget and Megan x

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Anlage

Wir haben 1 super entspannte Woche in El Verger und Umgebung verbracht. Die Wohnung war super, alles wie beschrieben. Janett, die Vermieterin, hat uns mit allem geholfen und stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! DIe Strände in der Nähe sind super schön und gar nicht überlaufen. Man sollte aber einen Sonnenschirm dabei haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

Tranquilidad

Es un apartamento tranquilo y cómodo. A 10 minutos andando de la playa . Es conveniente vehiculo para moverse a comprar. Tiene todo lo que necesitas a menos de 10 minutos en coche. Nos encantaria volver. La anfitriona pendiente de nosotros .Muy bien. A tener en cuenta que se paga a parte luz y agua. En la web donde lo cogimos no lo especifica bien.

Excelente experiencia

Desde el primer momento Janett estuvo en contacto con nosotros para informarnos de los detalles y facilitarnos la estancia. Al llegar nos encontramos un obsequio de bienvenida. Nos encantó el apartamento, muy limpio, la decoración bonita y acogedora, y con todo lo necesario. Ventanas con mosquiteras, muy luminoso. Disfrutamos mucho la piscina, amplia y muy cuidada, y la terraza.La urbanización muy tranquila, con playas cercanas a las que se puede ir caminando y un Lidl y restaurante muy cerca. Una experiencia estupenda!

Schönes Apartment, sehr nette Gastgeberin

In der Anlage hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, es war alles sehr sauber. Janett ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und auch mit der Übergabe hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Kleiner Nachteil sind die Matratzen. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Alles super, tolle Wohnung und klasse Vermieterin

Precioso apartamento a 10min de la playa

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Janett fue muy agradable. El piso es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y está limpio. La terraza es una maravilla y da a la urbanización muy bien cuidada y tranquila. Un inconveniente para nosotros fue la cerradura de la puerta principal, nos era muy difícil abrirla. La playa está cerca, sólo a 10 minutos a pie. No hay comercio alrededor, pero hay un Lidl a 10 min andando. Hemos estado muy agusto, para repetir otro año.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit großem Pool und Strandnähe

Tolle Wohnung mit netter Vermieterin und guter Ausstattung. Besonders den großen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Es ist Nachmittags viel Wind gewesen, daher trotz 30 Grad und mehr sehr angenehm. Leider fehlt eine Geschirrspülmaschine, dann wäre es perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Short October break

We wanted somewhere to be based for a short break in late October and to be in a reasonable distance of Alicante and Valencia. The apartment is spotless and well maintained with good overall facilities. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with a good restaurant and Lidl nearby. The only minus point, was the lack of English TV channels.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen und sauberen Anlage. Der Pool ist wirklich groß, so dass man toll schwimmen kann. Auf dem Balkon kann man wunderbar in der Sonne frühstücken. Vielen Dank für die nette Kommunikation

Fantastic Apartment

Sylvia's apartment was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean and very well equipped - everything you could ask for. The location is on the quieter side of things but that was just what we wanted. Only a short walk to the beach, Lidl supermarket, and a few restaurants. There is a bus which runs into Denia (every 1 hour in the summer, and every 2 hours in Winter - which starts on 7th of September apparently!), the fare is 1.5 € each way, takes about 20 minutes and was very reliable. Wifi signal was very good (despite the thunder storms), limited British TV channels but there is a DVD player. All in all a lovely place to stay and relax, would not hesitate to book again.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Pool

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Danke für die guten Tipps für die Umgebung und Erkundung Valencias. Der Weg zum Strand war etwas weiter als laut Beschreibung erwartet. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Très Bien!

Appartement clair, propre , bien équipé et avec une superbe terrasse qui permet de prendre ses repas dans un cadre extérieur agréable. Piscine très longue, propre et chaude, quasi déserte en matinée avant 13h. Lidl et marché local du Dimanche matin à moins de 5mn à pieds. Plage de sable fin de Devesses conseillée à moins de 5mn en voiture. Propriétaire juste adorable. Le seul petit hic serait que certains ''espagnols'' restent bien bruyants passés 23h près de la piscine.
