The house is ideally located in Saint-Nazaire, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby shops include a bakery, a supermarket, a wine shop and a market on Thursdays and Sundays (all about 500 m away).

- Visit to the Brière nature park

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private garage in the basement (one space) and in the private car park outside the house (one space).
