Residence: Small chalet-style co-ownership comprising 3 apartments located in a quiet and bucolic area, 2km from the departure of the ski lifts, the village center and all shops (sports stores, bakery, local shops, tobacconist, restaurant, bar). A shuttle stop is located at the foot of the accommodation, a very good contrast between tranquility, practicality and accessibility.



Accommodation: Ideal for holidays with family or friends, we offer in Saint-Gervais this 4 rooms of 74 m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located in a quiet area 5 minutes from the center and mechanical uplifts. A shuttle stop is at the foot of the accommodation. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers a south-east exposure with views of the Mont-Blanc chain and has a terrace and a private garden.
