3M Open, Pristine newer home, 5 min from TPC, practice putting green, sleeps 6

Available for the PGA 3M Open golf tournament, located just minutes from the TPC golf course. 6 minutes from the Blaine Airport where the private and charter Jets fly into, super convenient. We have hosted 3 PGA Professional Golfers in the past for the 3M Open tournament in 2019, and 2021.
Newer custom built 2,900 square foot Modern 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. (Our home has 4 bedrooms total but one bedroom will be locked and inaccessible during your stay). Two bedrooms upstairs have King beds and professionally installed blinds for privacy, both with ceiling fans. Home has central air conditioning with a Nest smart thermostat. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and is cool and comfortable. The downstairs also has a nice family room with 65" OLED LG TV with all streaming services and an electric fireplace and a huge Room & Board Comfy Sectional.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and walk in closets, Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have bathrooms just outside of the bedrooms. Main floor windows have all been professionally tinted which provides UV solar deflection for both comfort and privacy from the outside looking in. The main floor has an open floor plan with den/office, half bath, and a great room with living, dining and kitchen combined. Living area has an electric fireplace and brand new 75" Samsung smart TV, with all the popular streaming services. Very nice Room & Board mid-century sectional and custom built mid-century Walnut sideboard and open shelving unit behind sectional. High speed wireless internet with 1 Gig download speed.
Our 12' x 14' deck is extended outdoor space that is south facing has both shade, sunshine, and beautiful backyard views of the professionally installed artificial putting green, with more than 450 square feet of putting surface for practicing in private. The backyard also has a 20' x 20' patio below the deck with stainless steel gas grill, and huge 10' x 16' Wood Pergola. There is aslo a 20' x 20' basketball court.
