The space
Enter in front to a cozy living room, coat closet, and hallway to kitchen and dining area. A hall leads to the two bedrooms on the main floor, and the bath.

Up the stairs leads you to one of two master bedroom suites.

The first one, with windows on three sides, is roomy and bright. It has a sitting area, a desk area, and a king size bed, and a 55" TV. It has a large walk-in closet, and a bath that features both a tub and a shower. Toilet has bidet attachment. All windows have room darkening shades, as well as light filtering shades on the large window. For whichever mode works for you.

The second one is also has its own bath, with a full tub/shower, and toilet with bidet attachment. It's bright from the south facing window, as is the walk-in closet. Room darkening shades are ready to block the sun if you want.

There is a big circular deck with access from the kitchen or from the side along the house. The deck has a comfy sofa, a dining set, and a new gas grill.

There is inside parking for 2 cars, or 1 car and 1 truck. There are up to six more parking spots outside.

The property is lined with woods in the back, nice and quiet. There is a fire pit available. There are 2 kayaks available for using the nearby Bald Eagle Lake.

Our caretaker occupies the basement area, with its own entrance, amenities, space, and parking.

Other things to note
New 2019 house with granite counters and luxury coffee bar. We offer K cups, ground coffee, decaf, and tea for all of our travelers. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glassware, and any kitchen tools needed to chef out.

Our home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets per day at no charge.
We use professional cleaners between every stay. We document its condition with video and photos between stays. If anything doesn't seem right to you, we are ready to correct it.

Head to Bald Eagle Lake picnic table for a tasty lunch, then walk to the Beach and soak up the sun. Don’t forget to stop at Cup and Cone to have a famous ice cream treat. Spend some time at the gorgeous Tamarack Nature center and grab a bite to eat at one of the famous restaurants in White Bear Lake like Rudy’s, Cabin 61, or Admiral D’s.

Property is supported and managed by the owners, living right next door, available for quick solutions or needs.
Guests will have access to the main floor and upper floor. Caretaker quarters are in the basement. Pets need to be managed when outside, since there is no fenced area. There are a few very nice dog parks, even a dog beach nearby.
