Welcome to the House of Aramon Heights!
THE PROPERTY
Located in the picturesque heights of the village of Aramon in Provence, this property offers a unique experience combining comfort and elegance. With its 110 square meters, with 800 square meters of garden, it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.
INTERIOR EQUIPMENT
Inside you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed for a restful rest after a day of exploring. The other two bedrooms are designed to accommodate children or teenagers. One is equipped with a single bed and the other offers the possibility of installing a cot for toddlers.
The spacious living room is equipped with modern amenities for your comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen with (fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, bean coffee machine, wine cellar, dishwasher, induction hob,) allows you to prepare delicious meals with fresh local produce.
EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT
The house has stunning views of the surrounding valley, providing a peaceful and inspiring setting. Outdoor facilities include a 4 meter by 2 meter tube pool, 80 cm deep, a children's playhouse as well as a trampoline and a summer kitchen equipped with a vertical barbecue, ideal for enjoying the magnificent sunsets on the surrounding mountains.
HOBBIES
To entertain your evenings, the house offers a garage equipped with a billiards table and a pétanque court.
In addition, hiking trails just behind the house invite you to explore the preserved landscapes of the region (example the GR des capitelles).
