Custom Floating Cabin on Mississippi River backwater with a HOT TUB!

Enjoy our floating cabin, located on the backwaters of the Mississippi River! This luxurious cabin was just built and has everything you need for a fun or relaxing getaway. This cabin has a custom kitchen, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful rooftop deck with a hot tub!
It is located at Millennium Marina, which often features live music in the Summer. With being on the water, you will often see wildlife.

This custom cabin is located DIRECTLY on the waters of the Mississippi River. It is parked at our marina and DOES NOT MOVE.

You will have to walk on a dock to get to the cabin. Things are a little different than a typical "home", but its super fun! The roof may NOT be accessible at all times of the year (like when it is super cold, raining, or snowing). If there is ANY snow at all, we ask you be extra careful because it is a rubber roof. The rooftop area has a hot tub and outdoor furniture.
This rental is close to the restaurant and is connected to docks that customers park at.
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.
We provide a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, and other kitchen items.

We also have boat slips available by the night or by the week. One uncovered slip is provided with your rental. PLEASE NOTE: we have no control of the river levels. This means that sometimes swimming is not possible because the water will be so low. Also, sometimes you cannot get your boat into our marina due to low water. If you plan on bringing a boat, please ask us if the water is deep enough. If you would like more details on how to check the river level, please message us.
Kayak rentals available from the restaurant on property, when they are in season. You get one free hour kayak rental for all registered guests (you can always ask about your specific time if interested in kayaks). Please ask about current restaurant hours if this amenity is important for you.

We have quiet time in the marina, and that starts at 10:00. We want everyone to enjoy the space and the water, so please be respectful of this time.

PLEASE NOTE- We are located on the Mississippi and WE DO FLOOD. We might have to cancel the reservation if flooding is in the forecast. The cabin will stay in the water year round! SWIMMING NOT ADVISED unless you understand the river and swim at your own risk. YES there will be bugs in the warm months! This cabin is DIRECTLY on the water. While we do our best to deep clean, there is no way to prevent the bugs outside.

Just please note that this rental is DIRECTLY on water. Not recommended for very small children or unsupervised children.

This cabin does NOT move.

ALSO NOTE- With the boat being directly on the water, there are sometimes bugs. Not inside the boat, but yes you WILL see them outside. We do clean it thoroughly, but they pop up.

No shoes inside please!
