Chalet Gemme - Magnifique chalet, piscine & sauna

In the heart of the Parc du Mercantour on the famous resort of Auron, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this 350 m² chalet which can accommodate up to 11 guests. The light-filled chalet has 4 levels, a double living area of over 100 m² (with fireplace) on two levels, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m² and several terraces. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The chalet is made up as follows:
Ground floor
- A first 50 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, home cinema, relaxation area
- A separate WC

1st floor
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A second lounge with sofa, TV and fireplace (wood provided)
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- A private heated indoor swimming pool (3×8m), available all year round. Separate lockable room for children
- Sauna available all year round
- Separate WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1&2: queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with WC
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×200), en-suite bathroom with WC

3rd floor
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: three single beds (90x200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair (on request), cot, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue machine.

- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The chalet is ideally located in Auron, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops in the resort are just a few minutes' walk away.

Easy access to the ski slopes! Located just a few minutes' walk from the resort centre, or accessible by shuttle bus to quickly reach the Télériou cable car.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's garage. You can also load your car and store your equipment in the ski room.
