From its loggia integrated into the 4 m2 apartment, it has a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. It is on the 3rd floor with elevator. The beach is 30 m away and shops 400 m away.
The living room is composed of a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette (2 hobs, mini-oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and washing machine). In the cabin area, there are 2 bunk beds. The bathroom (sink, shower) is separate from the WC. Parking is provided at number 400, closed by an automatic gate and guard within the residence. Bicycle storage in residence. Apartment classified "1 star" for 2 people. Pet accepted: €30. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
