New XLTwin beds in 2nd with large walk in closet. Den with desk can be used as a bedroom. Fully equip kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella. 2 new pools/grills. Ten minutes, easy access to Olde Naples; shopping, restaurants, miles of Naples pristine public beaches, Botanical Gardens. Social Membership available on monthly basis. Windstar's private Keewaydin Queen for sunset cruises and Windstar's Keewaydin Beach fully equipped with Adirondack chairs, umbrellas, restroom facilities, grilling. No pets, no smoking. One month minimum. Available mid March thru mid April $6500 or April, May $6000/mth. 12% tourist tax, $150 non-fundable Compass Point Application fee. $200 Departure cleaning fee. $145 Windstar Master Association Application fee. No Pets
