Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. On colder days your studio can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Usedom, district Welzin. The studio is located on an 800 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. On the property are the holiday apartments USE ACH 027 (4 people), USE ACH 028 (2 people), and in a separate building USE ACH 029 (2 people). Access is via a side street. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Ruhig gelegenes Domiziel; sehr geeignet für Radfahrer, Kaiserbäder 23 Km entfernt!

Das Objekt ist gut erreichbar, war sauber, die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig eingerichtet! Da die Vermieter auf dem Grundstück wohnen, hat man auch sehr nette und freundliche Ansprechpartner! Alles im allen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir können nur eine gute Empfehlung abgeben!

Besonders gut hat mir, der Umgang und die Freundlichkeit vor Ort gefallen . Sehr nete freundliche Leute, die Terasse bzw den kleinen Garten mit Strandkorb und die ruhe. War sehr erholsam. Etwas abgelegen von der Stadt und sehr ruhig und friedlich. Für Leute die ruhe und Erholung wollen genau das richtige.
