It’s the kind of place where you can spend the day outdoors and the evening at a show, all without things feeling rushed or overly busy.

- Renter Agreement - Is short and simple and required to stay at all of our homes.
- Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm–8am to keep the peace in our neighborhood.
- No Parties: This is a space for relaxing and recharging—not large gatherings or events.
- Smoking: No smoking indoors. You’re welcome to smoke outside—just use the ashtrays provided.
- Pets: Pets are welcome at select properties with approval and a small pet fee. Please clean up after them.
- Damage: Please treat the home as if it were your own. We understand accidents happen—just let us know so we can make it right.
- Cleanliness: We’ll take care of cleaning, but excessive mess may incur an additional fee.
