The house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the climatic spa Lenzkirch, surrounded by grounds with mature trees and direct access to fields and woods. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance (5 min.) To reach.
The 2-story home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms with room for all in all. 7 people, 1 living / dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The outdoor area includes a terrace next to the garden and a large balcony.

Great place to stay in Blackforest

Great location and large property which has everything needed. The internet is very slow but that would be the only small criticism otherwise excellent.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in Lenzkirch at this property and I would like to thank Jorg for making it available to us. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived and the location was perfect. The kitchen is ready for cooking and the living room was so nice for relaxing in after a long day of hiking. Thank you again and I hope to stay again in the future!

Excellent location

We had no complaints of any sort with the accommodation but it was disappointing that the WIFI wasn't working which also meant that some of the tv channels were not available. We recommend the two cafes in the town serving excellent home made cakes

Peaceful, charming home. There was everything we need. A lot of family attractions in proximity. 5 min walk to nice conditorei. 7 min walk to supermarket. Just perfect for family. Good wi fi.

Everything worked out perfectly. Our host was there to help us check in, super friendly! House has everything one needs and in ample supply, not the usual one plate/cup per guest. Fully functional kitchen, bathrooms, etc. very nice and comfy. We will certainly be back, highly recommend the place. Horst

Nice house in a great location

Really excellent location & really quiet, good size and pretty much everything you would need. Housekeeper was very responsive and check in was easy. Only reasons I knocked a star off were that there isn’t a freezer (it was broken during our stay- though the property was not advertised as having one it would be handy if it could be fixed) and the road up to the parking might be challenging for some, particularly after heavy rain it became rutted and was tricky to get out of with a large Van. Otherwise would certainly recommend and would certainly visit again.

Family Holiday

We found this home to be comfortable for our family. It was very quiet while we were there. When we arrived there was what appeared to be dirty laundry on the floor of the laundry room, and the dryer running. The house smelled musty, and needed a good airing out. Please include instructions for washer and dryer in English to make laundry day easier! The hike to the house with heavy suitcases for 6 people was rather difficult through the grass and wet soil. I am not trying to sound negative about the house and our stay. It was very nice, but I wanted to make you aware of these things as you may want to make some changes. Once we opened the house up, the air seemed to improve inside. Our family was quite comfortable while staying here. The house is conveniently located in walking distance to a very quaint town that we enjoyed exploring. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your home as part of our European Holiday.

House with nice garden in green environment

The house was big enough for 5 but the beds of two bedrooms were rather small for two adults. Well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge and dining room. Checkinh in was not as announced. The responsible lady didn't show up even though we telephoned well in advance 45 minutes. We found the key in a place she told us but we didn t get much information. She promised to come the next day but didn't show up. She texted the day after we had to phone ourselves when we were at home in the evening. We phoned andd she promised to come. Finally she didnt show up again. So we checked out without having seen her . Apart from that we had a pleasant stay.

Sehr schönes Haus. Rustikal und sehr gemütlich. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz über die unbefestigte Strasse kann mit tief liegenden PKW grenzwertig werden. Es gibt aber dafür einen Parkplatz ca 50m entfernt, also alles machbar. Danke!

Uns hat das Haus gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend, vorallem in der Küche. Die Lage ist super. Die Kinder konnten im Garten toll spielen.

Das Haus ist sehr, sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist schön und ideal mit kleinem Kind.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und ein sehr guter Italiener vor Ort.

Heel aangenaam huis

Gezellig huis, rustig gelegen, en toch op maar een halfuurtje van het sneeuwgebied. Gezellig en volledig ingericht, alles is voorzien, twee goede badkamers, parkeerplaats achter het huis, en een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Een absolute aanrader om de buurt te verkennen, top!

Gemütlich und perfekt gelegen

Wir hatten wunderbare Weihnachten in diesem gemütlichen Haus in Lenzkirch. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Man spürt, dass hier früher eine Familie zusammenkam. Fußläufig sind Supermarkt, Metzger und Bäcker erreichbar und direkt hinterm Haus gibt es einen Rodelhang. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auch wieder veranschies

Süßes idyllisches Haus

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in Lenzkirch verbracht und fanden es toll. Einzig das Wetter hat nicht ganz mitgespielt, so dass wir den Garten leider nicht nutzen konnten, aber damit muss man Ende September rechnen.

Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf. Het is een gezellig huis met toffe tuin. De keuken was goed uitgerust van materiaal. Wij misten wel een diepvries omdat deze tijdelijk buiten gebruik was. Vliegenramen in de slaapkamers zou handig zijn om muggen en beesten buiten te houden. We vonden ook dagelijks grote mieren in huis, ook op de eerste verdieping. Het was verder een goede ligging, dicht bij bakker, winkels en supermarkt. Ze zijn gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. Nog een tip. We wisten niet meer waar de vuilzak met het bioafval naartoe moest. . Er hangt al wat info over afval. Eventueel ook nog bioafval, papier en glas bij vermelden. Er is een Konus gastenkaart waardoor openbaar vervoer gratis is. Dat is goed, maar wij hadden als gezin liever een Schwarzwald gastenkaart ontvangen omdat wij liever kortingen op de inkom van bezienswaardigheden en attracties hebben dan gratis openbaar vervoer.Verder was het onthaal prima.

Lenzkirch Auszeit

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verlebt in einem gemütlichen sehr schön gelegenen Haus mit Platz für 7 Erwachsenen, 2 saubere Bäder, ausreichend eingerichtete Küche und gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Die Betten sind teilweise etwas schmal für 2 erwachsene Personen aber die Matratzen gut! Ein super Preis -Leistungsverhältnis! Und sehr nette Hausverwalterin und Vermieter über e-mail immer schnell erreichbar! Danke , wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Tage im Hochschwarzwald. Der Parkplatz ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, und man könnte mal noch ein Sofa durch richtige Betten ersetzen. Aber sonst alles gut.
