Le Colibri
Le Colibri is a quiet and pleasant 30m2 apartment, located in the market impasse, 300m from the beach and next to the central market of Saint Palais sur Mer.
Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a secure residence with caretaker.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
The entrance is via a corridor with storage, it serves:
- a bathroom (shower) with integrated WC and washing machine
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed (2 people) and a dressing room.
The living room has a lounge area with a convertible sofa, TV, internet (fiber) and board games for family fun.
From the living room you will access the balcony where you can also lounge in the sun and have coffee. (Table and chairs available)
Finally, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and Tassimo...) and a table with 4 chairs to eat.
Parking in blue zone (from June 1 to September 30) around the residence. Bicycle storage is available in the Residence.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and at an additional cost, as can beds made. Duvets and pillows available.
Fiber is available, animals are not accepted. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Reminder: Nocturnal noise is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal regulations requiring calm in the neighborhood from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Accommodation not accessible to people with disabilities.
