ROSE Vacances offers you this lovely apartment renovated with taste, in a private and secure residence, in a quiet area, with a common pool for residents (05/15 to 09/29), in the MarcelliĂšre neighborhood of Les Sables d'Olonne, close to the pine forest, the casino, and the thalassotherapy center.

The accommodation is ideally located, 800 meters from the Presidents' Beach and its local shops.
Bright apartment, consisting of a living room-dining area opening onto a balcony, offering a clear view of a tree-lined garden, equipped with a convertible sofa bed (140 cm), a coffee table, a TV, WIFI network, a high table and 6 chairs.
From an open, functional and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter + Tassimo) and a washing machine.
On the night side, you will find a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed in 160, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. A second bedroom, consisting of two 90 beds, small bedside tables, and a dresser.
From a perfectly equipped bathroom with a shower, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a sink unit with storage.
Independent WC.
You will be able to enjoy an outdoor south-west facing balcony, equipped with a table and six chairs, perfect for a family meal or with friends!
