Air conditioning sucked

Great location and the apartment met our basicneeds but had a few issues. The manager/owner was not accommodating and was at times very rude. If this was a hotel I would have just cancelled my booking and found someplace else. Each night we cooked. Air conditioner either wasn't working or on super low. We sweated so much that sleeping was not possible. Also their key system was not well thought out sleeping was difficult.
