Gorgeous 4 bdrm Resort Townhome

Newly renovated Mediterranean styled 4 bedrooms, 3 Baths townhome, with upgraded private heated pool.
The living room opens up to a beautiful kitchen and a comfortable dining area with a sliding door access to the pool. All furniture have been newly upgraded.
The home features neutral interior colors throughout with tiled flooring on most of the first floor. The first floor also features a queen-sized bedroom and full bath.
The second floor will wow you with newly installed hardwood flooring. It also boast of an elegant and spacious king master suite, a queen bedroom and a twin room containing two twin beds. In addition to the master suite bathroom, there is a dedicated bathroom servicing the queen and twin bedrooms.

Great house and host! Nice and comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, great outdoor private pool. Good kitchen supplies. toaster and coffee maker. On the downside, Unfortunately the heater went on and the pool was like a hot tub. There was no big knives in the kitchen when cooking. .

Dear Linda, thanks for your very important and useful feedback. I understand from the Property Manager that the pool guy had to turn on the pool heater in order to work inside the pool. All technicians do the same thing. He did turn it off afterwards. Regarding the large knives, we do have them in the house. I believe it would have been easier to just ask for them. Hope you would come again to enjoy the great house.

Great stay in Kissimmee

Great location. Loved the fact that there was a communal pool as well as the private villa pool. Nice touch to have free use of pool towels whilst there. Anita was really easy to get hold of and dealt with all queries quickly and effectively. Would stay there again.

Peaceful relaxing welcoming home

the home ticked all our boxes Welcoming spotlessly clean , comfortable beds , felt safe in the fact it was 24 hours gated community, we’re been to Florida many times , and this is by far the best home we’ve stayed in , thank you 😍😍

Hello Anita! Thank you so much for hosting our family! Your house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and super clean! It felt like home! It provided us more than enough comfort! We enjoyed the pool and we also enjoyed the tiki bar for some late night snacks! Thank you again for hosting us!!

Excellent rental

This home was wonderful. It had anything you would possibly need. The owner of this home was always very available and wanted to be sure we were happy with our stay. When we checked in the AC kept turning on and off. After contacting the property manager they sent someone to come and find it. It never was a problem again. We were very happy with our stay and the availability of the owner and property manager and would recommend this rental to anyone. It is a wonderful 5 star place. The pool was warm and clean!

5 STAR Great family rental

This was our 1st experience with a VRBO rental and the house did not disappoint! Great location, a bonus on a gated resort property, plentiful amenities, and a very clean and relaxing home. We stayed for a last family vacation before our son heads to college. Communication with the owner was seamless, property matched what was advertised, and we felt very at home. Easy enough to get to any popular visitor attractions such as Disney etc, or just a wonderful stay in home if that's your intent. Thanks for a great vacation, cant wait to book it again soon!

Great house + great host = GREAT VACATION

We had multiple age groups during our stay and all were happy with this property during our vacation. House was cleaned and well stocked so we didn’t need so many supplies. Wonderful lines of communication, very attentive. This is our second stay and we will definitely go back again❤️❤️
