Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a kitchenette, two sleeping areas and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you!

- An entrance hall leading to a corridor with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and small bar with two stools
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Mezzanine
- Double sofa bed, two single beds close together, TV and storage space

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 12 m² terrace with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
