B - Kitchen: Modern and functional, open to living room with a counter, fridge-freezer 2 doors, oven combined microwave, induction hob, extractor, coffee maker + Nespresso capsules, fruit squeezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
C - Air-conditioned lounge with sofa / lift-up bed, flat screen TV TNT-HD 82 cm. Armchairs. Bay window with electric roller shutter.
D - Shower room: with shower, vanity unit with mirror and light fixture, WC,
E - Others: Beautiful terrace leaned with garden, dining table, large offset parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Wi-Fi internet connection.

Equipment available for babies / young children on request and free of charge: umbrella beds, stroller, car seat and high chair for meals.

The apartment is electrical standards.

Logement atypique mais très agréable

Après une arrivée un peu difficile en raison de l'accès fortement pentu, nous avons découvert une vue magnifique depuis notre logement. Les parents de Yann BIANCHI nous ont reçu fort chaleureusement, et nous avons aussi apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons pu aller à pieds depuis l'appartement sur une petite plage superbe à quelques centaines de mètres. Je recommande ce logement sauf aux personnes à mobilité réduite en raison des escaliers pour y accéder et des marches à l'intérieur

la location est super bien située, avec une vue sur la mer (les couchés de soleil sont superbes). elle est proche du centre de Porticcio et une navette vous amène à Ajaccio en un rien de temps. Lage und Einrichtung sehr gut; leider starke Schimmel-Bildung

Wir hätten gern 5 Sterne für die Wohnung vergeben, denn alles war perfekt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider mussten wir gegen Ende feststellen, dass die Schränke und eine Wand sehr stark verschimmelt sind. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und daher alle Fenster und Türen offen. Es roch von Anfang an etwas muffig, aber wir dachten, dass schon länger nicht mehr richtig gelüftet worden ist. Als dann am vorletzten Tag das Wetter umschlug, haben wir genauer nachgeschaut und den Schimmel festgestellt. Glücklicherweise hatten wir nur noch eine Nacht, länger hätten wir nicht bleiben wollen.

l'appartement est parfait avec une terrasse spacieuse et une vue sur mer éblouissante et de plus, très bien orientée pour profiter du coucher de soleil. L'appartement est très propre et la literie excellente. Il est très bien situé également que ce soit pour profiter de la mer ou pour partir en ballade. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et soucieux de notre confort. Rien ne manque pour passer un très bon séjour (barbecue, chaises longues,...). Je recommande chaleureusement ce très bel appartement.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à deux dans cet appartement. L'équipement de ce joli 2 pièces est très complet, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la belle vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Komfortable Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick

In der sehr gut ausgestattenen und liebevoll unterhaltenen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt auch dank der netten Vermieter, die uns alles (Ort, Technik, Umgebung) erklärt haben. Der herrliche Blick über die Bucht und den Hafen von Ajaccio war jeden Tag durch das wechselnde Licht unterschiedlich. Leider sind nicht alle Appartements der Anlage so gut in Schuss. Zahlreiche tolle Badebuchten sind teils fußläufig, teil mit dem Pkw leicht zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen nach den Erfahrungen den Aufenthalt bei den Bianchis aus vollem Herzen.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description qui est faite. L'équipement est top, la vue magnifique. C'est notre 2eme séjour dans cette location c'est dire si nous nous y plaisons. "Le plus beau pays du monde!"

Appartement magnifique, entretenue et conforme à la description! La vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio est à couper le souffle et vous pouvez accéder à la plage en 5 minutes à pieds. Qui plus est, celle-ci est très peu fréquentée. Idéalement placée, vous trouverez quelques petits coins de paradis situés à une poignée de kilomètres: plages d'Agosta et d'argent (Pietrosella), presqu'île d'Isolella, îles sanguinaires, Ajaccio (charmante et animée), etc.. Très bien également pour visiter le sud-ouest: Sartène, Propriano et Bonifacio (à faire impérativement et en bateau). Enfin, nous tenons à remercier Mr et Mme Bianchi pour leur accueil (une bouteille de rosé bien fraîche nous attendais), leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Porticcio. Propriétaires très sympatriques, discrets et adorables ! La résidence est calme, possibilité de se garer devant l'appartement sans problème. L'appartement est conforme à la description : refait à neuf, literie exemplaire, (rare en location), très belle terrasse qui ne donne pas envie de passer les soirées ailleurs que là ! la vue sur la mer, la baie d' Ajaccio et les îles Sanguinaires est exceptionnelle, les couchers de soleils superbes. Petite plage tranquille et accessible à pieds, à seulement cinq minutes de l'appartement. Tous les éléments sont réunis pour passer de très agréables vacances. Merci à Michelle et Alain pour ces bons moments passés ensembles, comme si nous étions en famille ! Nous ne vous oublierons pas ! Bénédicte et Thierry

L'appartement venait d'être refait et avons été les premiers à l'inaugurer! Très belle vue sur la mer y compris depuis la cuisine! Le barbecue sur la terrasse face aux couchers de soleil est top! A recommander!
