Hope all is fine. Please note that we wrote you 20 messages on VRB app before your stay to prepare your trip. There is no lack of communications. You got all informations plus assistance of our concierge who lives near house. We regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Please note that availability of restaurants, private chefs, and rental cars on the island—especially for larger groups—can vary significantly depending on season and demand, and remains outside the owner’s direct control. We are not taking fees on those additional services. Any maintenance and amenity concerns mentioned have been reviewed with our local team to ensure continued improvements. Sauna was broken because you throw water on an electrical component. We did not charge you for this repair. We had to order one component from Finland to fix it. Our goal is always to provide clear information and a comfortable stay, and we appreciate your comments as they help us refine our service.
