An unusual accommodation with Provençal charm
Located in a quiet old building, this 80 m² duplex apartment offers an authentic and welcoming setting for a stay in Cannes. It is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers looking for a well-located accommodation with a lovely sea view from the terrace, while enjoying a pleasant and well-equipped space.
A split-level layout for greater privacy
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without an elevator) and is spread over two levels.
On the first level, you will find a lovely living room with high ceilings, a dining table, a sofa, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine). For your comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned. This level also includes:
• A bedroom with a double bed (120 cm) and air conditioning,
• A bedroom with two single beds or a double bed,
• A shower room with toilet,
• A full-length balcony overlooking the cul-de-sac, as well as a small balcony furnished with a table for two.
On the second level, you access an attic bedroom, also air-conditioned, with two single beds or a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Please note: the ceilings are low, which may not be suitable for taller guests.
This level opens onto a pleasant Tropezian terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days with unobstructed views of the Bay of Cannes, equipped with a small table for two to three people.

The accommodation has an internet connection, a television, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washing machine, and pleasant outdoor spaces. A central location just steps from the sea
The apartment is ideally located, a 3-minute walk from the beaches and about 5 minutes from local shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). It makes it easy to enjoy Cannes life on foot, while enjoying a peaceful setting.
Pedestrian access to consider
It is important to note that access to the residence is only on foot, via stairs:
• Approximately 45 steps from the upper street,
• Approximately 60 steps from the lower street.
This point should be taken into account, especially for travelers with luggage or reduced mobility.
Paid public parking is available about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
