3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms makes this 70 m2 apartment very practical when you are many people.
Y'll have your private space but still good common social space. The balcony has a lovely view over the old town - Le Suquet, comfortably you can sit 6 people and dine if you like. You can sit 8 people around the dining table in the living room. All amenities you can imagine are in the apartment. Washing machine, tumbler dry, iron and iron board, TV, DVD, telephone (free to call all landlines in Europe), Aircondition etc. The kitchen has all as a truly home kitchen. Nespresso coffe machine, mixer, induction cooker, oven, micro, fridge/freeze, and all necessary utensils for home cooking. For your convenience there is a shopping trolley.
You will personally be checked in at the apartment. We will go through all practical things in/with about the apartment as well as giving you tips about Cannes if you like. There is always a person on site to call if anything would happen or just to ask for advise. Normal check in time is 5 pm and check out at 10 am if there is leaving/coming guests the same day. In all case we try to arrange so you can have access to the apartment directly upon your arrival. If not you can always drop your luggage with us.
The neighborhood is residential. 2 local convenient shops are 2 minutes away. A big food shop is 5 minutes walk away. It is easy access and with the shopping trolley provided in the apartment it makes it convenient and easy to do the big shopping. If you come by car the Parking Forville is 50 meters walk from the apartment. I love this location because you are so close to everything but just a minute away from the buzzy old town, La Croisette and all shopping streets. Literally you are 1 min away from all restaurants in Le Suquet on rue St Antoine/Suquet. Some of Cannes best restaurants are around here. The food and flower market Marché Forville is close by. I use to go there every morning (except Mondays) to buy fresh food for the day and bring fresh baguette for breakfast. There are a lot of cafées around the market as well if you prefer a coffee/breakfast outside. On Mondays it is antique market. In my opinion the best beaches are to be found along Boulevard Hibert, they are just 8 minutes walk away. Both public and private beaches with restaurants are to found here. Also if you like to rent a sailing boat (small), windsurfing, water skiing or play beach volleyball.
It is very easy to get around in and around Cannes! The ferries out to the Isle Lerins, Monaco, St Tropez are about 7 minutes walk away. The main bus station (Le Vieux Port) is 3 minutes away, the airport bus stops here, and train station 10 minutes away. Bedlinen, towels, beachtowels, internet etc and end of stay cleaning are included in the rental price. Baby cuddle and baby chair are provided free if needed. A security deposit of 200 € is required.

Le Suquet - Lovely Apartment & Very Well Equipped
We arrived in Cannes in a hire car having flown in to Nice Airport. Trying to find the apartment was a bit of a nightmare as the four of us had never been to Cannes before and the map we had was not detailed enough. I would suggest that the owner emails directions to future renters to save the stress that we had in locating the apartment. We were met by the property manager who was very informative and had even left some beers and wine which were much appreciated.
When we eventually got there we were very impressed! It was modern, large and very, very well equipped. The view is not exactly like the photograph which must have been taken from the block opposite but still pleasant.
The property was very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. If I did think about coming to Cannes again, I would definitely stay at this apartment.
We ate out a few times our favourite being the Poivre et Sel where the food was fresh, well cooked and reasonably priced (which is unusual in Cannes!). All in all, we had a good break in Cannes and would recommend the Le Suquet to anyone!

For your and future guests information the photo with view over the old town - Le Suquet - is taken on the balcony from the balcony as written in the advertisement. The view inside the apartment is different than from the balcony.
There are many 'value for money' restaurants in Cannes as there are over priced restaurants. I am happy to, with my experience, give recommendations.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, die Altstadt, die Rue d‘Antibes, der Hafen und der Strand sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, was ein Plus ist. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Great apartments with ideal location
Our family had two apartments, both with all amenities and comforts we needed. The apartments were increadibly clean, well-kept and welcoming.
The owner, Jessica, took increadible care of us, suggesting restaurants and beaches, answering all questions and really made sure we felt at home without intruding on our space.
There was wine, beer, cold water and roses all ready when we arrived. What a welcome! We will be coming again next year!

Excellent place to stay
The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Good situation - only 10 minutes walk to the Festival palais. Lots of restaurants nearby. Jessica is a very attentive owner and had left coffee, milk, juice, wine, etc plus some lovely roses. we hope to return next year

Fab holiday apartment
Spotlessly clean and well maintained and equipped modern apartment within easy walk to the sights, harbour and beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping.
It was great having a glass of wine on the small balcony overlooking the old town before going out for the evening.

The location might look a little bit away from center when looking on the map but all as you mentioned, beaches, harbour, bars, restaurants, shopping etc are all within easy walk.
The view from the balcony is fantastic, especially in the evening when the old town - Le Suquet is lightened in different colours. If you choose to dine at home you can be up to 6 people sitting on the balcony.

Wounderfull summer week in heart of Cannes!
Jessica was very nice to provide us all the available infos about the appartment - everything looked out exactly as described. Very nice, clean and fancy appartment - one of the best options I ever had.
Maggi helped us a lot and was always available for further questions. The appartment was very well equipped. Very quiet location, see and castle view from the balcony, 2 minutes walk from supermarket and 5 minutes walk from the fancy sand beach (Mistral square).
We were very impressed by the appartment and are very thankful to Jessica for a good chance to discover the Cannes. I would recommend this property for everyone looking for a good place to stay in Cannes.

Our wondeful stay in Cannes
We, two senior couples, stayed in this apartment for a week, and all of us were so pleased and satisfied with the apartment and the location. We felt at home from the first minute. An extremely fresh, clean and so well equipped apartment. Nice beds and bathrooms. The balcony, with the view of the old town, was used for our breakfast every morning, but also in the late evenings.
As we arrived late in the evening and appreciated especially that the fridge and kitchen was not completely empty on arrival. We could just relax and enjoy a drink etc before going to bed and also had what we needed for the start in the morning.
I have never before experienced an holiday apartment so well equipped, not just regarding the facilities; all electronics, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, etc., but also small things like; salt , pepper, oil, tea , coffee etc , i.e. things you normally need and have at home. Even fresh flowers!
The location was perfect, especially the nearness to the big market, bakeries and many nice restaurants. Buying fresh bread in the morning was easily combined with a swim in the sea, just beautiful!
I was also lucky to have the opportunity to use a parking space just outside the house, which I understand was not normally the case.
I do recommend this apartment for anybody looking for an apartment offering all you need for a perfect holiday.
I wish and I´m sure we will be back soon.

My stay
Undoubtedly the best apartment I have stayed during my holidays for years. I arrived to a superbly presented, fresh, stylish and well equipped appartment.
modren kitchen, comfortable beds and clean and new bathrooms. The moment I steped in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Fresh flowers everywhere !!
I did like the fact that it was a very new the beach and shopping street and local markets. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.
I certainly recommend this place for anyonw looking for a comfortable, husstle free and relaxing stay.
