Beautiful, fully renovated villa with a 10x5m heated private swimming pool, west-facing (meaning sun on the garden and pool all day long), in a quiet location between the ocean and lake, on the edge of the golf course and forest in a private, secure luxury residence. Enjoy the comfort of accommodation with high-quality amenities and tasteful décor.
Enjoy 140 m² of comfort for a peaceful holiday, just a 5-minute drive from the ocean, shops and lake.
The villa has a large living room with (very) high ceilings, featuring: a lounge with a large corner sofa, TV (65" flat screen with TNT channels), SONOS speaker, dining table, new open-plan kitchen opening onto the large covered terrace and private 10x5m heated swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (large fridge/freezer, 4-ring electric hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.).
On either side of this central room, you will find two ‘sleeping’ wings.
Wing 1:
- Bedroom 1: 140x200 double bed with shower room + cupboard
- Bedroom 2: space with 1 master bedroom with a 160x200 double bed + cupboard + bathroom + separate toilet. Pool view.
Wing 2:
- Bedroom 3: 160x200 bed + cupboard. Pool view.
- Bedroom 4: 2 90x200 beds + cupboard.
- 1 shower room.
- 1 separate toilet.
Terrace and garden furniture (dining table, chairs, parasols, sun loungers, gas barbecue, etc.) are at your disposal.
Access to the swimming pool is not protected by barriers. However, there is an approved swimming pool alarm.
