The house, built 100 years ago, located in front of the family-friendly Lake Lacanau. The garden behind the building is in the pine forest over with connection to the bike path. After a five-kilometer long, dreamlike Radspaziergang accompanied by the sound of crickets and the smell of pine trees you get to the city on the Atlantic coast Lacanau or other beaches.

The apartment was modernized in 2014, old charm should merge with contemporary interior design: high quality bathroom and kitchen renovation, roof heat insulation, generous and high-quality roof windows for light-filled spaces, flowing floor plan for a communicative interaction and withdrawal options, view of both the lake and the forest ,

Emplacement idéal !

Emplacement en bord de lac avec tout à proximité (activitésnautiques, locationsde vélos, restaurants), et océan à 15min de l'océan en voiture (surf, station balnéaire). Seul petit bémol, pas de wifi et connexion internet saturée sur les téléphones. Vacances idéales sur Lacanau

Haus direkt am See und in der Nähe vom Meer

Das Haus liegt direkt am See und das Meer ist in ca. 5km über einen sehr schönen Fahrradweg erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es keinen Supermarkt aber einige Restaurants und Bars. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett und bei Bedarf hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu viert, der Platz war OK, zu fünft wird es m.E. zumindest für Erwachsene etwas eng.
