Neighborhood is industrial and surrounded with mill style buildings. Some guests interpret this backdrop as a bit intimidating. It is however VERY safe, no incidents reported in 7 years of operation.

Today, this area boasts brick mill buildings that house artist studios, offices and incredible loft residences (such as your current spot!). Supported by an alliance of artists and preservationists, the developers were able to reinvent the 150-year-old mill as 37 artist loft condominiums.

air conditioning is window units. Install is the 1st week of May. Removal is around 2nd week of October.

This building has 2 apartments in one building. There are 2 doors inside the apartment (also act as a safety exit in case of emergency) that link the apartment to the shared foyer. These doors lock from YOUR side of the apartment, so no fear of anyone getting inside.

The space has high ceilings and very spacious. There is a desk in the bedroom upstairs that is perfect for the working travelers. Flat screen tv and gourmet kitchen.

Couch on 1st floor is long and comfortable for 1 person to sleep. DOES NOT PULL OUT.
