'Only about 400 meters from the sea, is 80 m2, quiet apartment in a newly built villa in the picturesque Santa Maria Navarrese.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 beautiful, spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower and a large veranda.
On the covered terrace with table and chairs and 5 comfortable chairs, a pleasant breeze blows even on hot summer days, so you can relax, read a book or have lunch. The apartment is well ventilated air conditioned and protected from lock shutters from the sun.
The kitchen is decorated with wooden furniture and has a cozy dining table next to the fully equipped kitchen with 6 chairs

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa 24 giorni e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo casa molto comoda con un ampio salone e pulita.. il sig. Stefano poi disponibilissimo abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema che ci ha prontamente risolto mentre noi eravamo comodamente in spiaggia. Colgo l occasione per ringraziarla di nuovo Monica

Sehr schönes Appartment mit guter Lage

Ich war in Santa Maria Navarrese im Rahmen einer Erlebnisreise mit VengaTours Aktivurlaub. Die Unterkunft lag für die Aktivitäten (Wandern, Klettern, Höhle, Canyoning, Bootstour) ideal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es fußläufig genug und auch der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Für das Sportmaterial gibt es einen Garagenplatz. Im Hof der Unterkunft gibt es Grill, Waschmaschine und eine Aussendusche. Stefano ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Ich danke für den Aufenthalt!

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia per due settimane. Ho trovato la casa accogliente e funzionale; utilissimo il garage. La casa si trova a 5 minuti dal mare e in un punto strategico perché vicina a locali e alimentari. Il proprietario è una persona cordiale, disponibile e discreta. Bellissima la veranda, dove è possibile, volendo, anche pranzare. La permanenza è stata piacevole. Il paese è incantevole soprattutto grazie alla spiaggia e ai bellissimi giardini con ulivi secolari. Se dovessi ritornare a Santa Maria Navarrese, ritornerei senz'altro in questo stesso immobile.

Vacanze Mare e monti

Alloggio comodo per famiglie, noi ci abbiamo soggiornato in 2 persone non abbiamo vissuto pienamente l'alloggio , ma all'interno c'era tutto il necessario per poterlo fare. Si poteva tranquillamente passare la serata mangiando nel terrazzo al coperto, nelle vicinanze pochi locali di ristorazione ma buona qualità prezzo. Supermercato comodo ,banca ,giornalaio , ecc ecc tutto alla portata di mano. A chi piace alternare mare e montagna c'è la possibilità di fare escursioni , a piedi ,in gommone, consigliamo tutte due le cose, Cala Goloritzè è raggiungibile solo a piedi dopo una camminata impegnativa, ma ne vale la pena. Nelle vicinanze spiagge per tutti i gusti , Santa Maria navarrese è un paese tranquillo , senza molte attrazioni serali, ma noi volevamo solo rilassarci ed è il posto giusto. Ringraziamo Stefano per la sua disponibilità ed i suoi consigli, sicuramente una vacanza da ripetere.

ABITAZIONE ESSENZIALE MA FUNZIONALE

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una palazzina con altri appartamenti, di recente costruzione e nell'insieme ben tenuta, il proprietario occupa uno degli appartamenti per cui è sempre a disposizione, una persona molto gentile e discreta. Fa parte dell'appartamento anche un'ampio terrazzino semicoperto e fresco con tavolo e sedie per sei, a disposizione anche sedie a sdraio. Il parcheggio è risultato molto pratico sia all'esterno che eventualmente nel garage condominiale. L'appartamento era pulito, ampio ma scarnamente arredato e di primo acchito risulta molto spoglio, in realtà vivendolo risulta molto funzionale e vivibile (arredamento recente, bagno senza problemi, condizionatore efficiente). La posizione è comoda, non sul mare ma ci si muove a piedi rapidamente. Santa Maria Navarrese è un paese che offre dei piacevoli scorci, una spiaggia non ampia ma ben attrezzata con un bel mare. Nelle vicinanze altre belle spiaggie ed il meraviglioso golfo di Orosei da visitare in barca. Nell'insieme raccomandabile se non si hanno aspettative di interni eleganti ma si punta sulla funzionalità.
