Located on the ground floor (level -1 without elevator) of a quiet residence, a 150m walk from the main beach and 300m from the shops, this pleasant one-bedroom apartment of approximately 50m² offers an entrance hall, a very bright living room (140cm sofa bed) opening onto a terrace with a small garden and sea and beach views, a fully renovated kitchen area (March 2024), a bedroom with a large closet and a double bed (140cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
One private parking space.
Maximum 4 people.
Pets are NOT allowed.
A cleaning fee of €60.00 is available (reservation required).
Additional charges are based on water and electricity meter readings from October 1st to April 1st.
