Pinehurst, North Carolina is a special lifestyle so enjoy it in the comfort of your 3 bedroom, 2 bath fully equipped, professionally decorated 1,850 square foot quiet condominium.

Pinehurst is the site of the annual US Kids Tournaments each year in July/August and hosted the US Men's Open in June, 2024 and #2 the only courses in 100 years to host 6 Opens.

The condo is professionally managed to meet your highest standards: cleaned to Covid 19 standards before every stay. Includes luxury linens & bedding, towels, cleaning products, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Full laundry room for your convenience.

Host fee is for cleaning. Pets welcome with a $150 fee/per pet.

New gourmet kitchen recently updated. Kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, master bedroom has it own TV plus 2 sinks and walk in shower. The second queen bedroom connects to hall bath and the twin bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements.

If you are a golfer you can enjoy many of the 43 golf courses within 15 miles of this conveniently located unit. The Pinehurst and Southern Pines Area is also home to many horse farms and riding trails. Pinehurst is the second home for the USGA and you can visit their museum a not to be missed visit.

The Condo is located in the newest section of the Lawn and Tennis subdivision, directly across for the Country Club of North Carolina. Condo includes three bedrooms: master with queen bed and private bath; a guest bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bath; and a guest bed room with two twin beds. Living room with media center & remote controlled gas fireplace, dining room, fenced in outside deck and patio complete this very attractive unit.

Wireless Internet, many TV channels and Pool access in Lawn and Tennis development available at no additional cost in season. Note: Pool normally open from May to September. Complete coffee service provided with Starbucks available with most rentals.

The area is known for its championship golf, public access courses (4 of the top golf 100 courses). Our condominium units back up to Pinehurst #7 golf course development. The #7 course clubhouse is a short 400 yard walk (Restaurant not open to public). All area golf courses (43 at last count) are within easy driving distance to test your skills.

Enjoy the picturesque and historic New England style Old Town Village of Pinehurst with its fine shops, pubs and dining. Visit adjoining Southern Pines for more shopping, great dining and a view of the area’s equestrian facilities and events.

This rental was absolutely perfect in every way. It was super clean, well stocked and close to everything. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If I am ever in the area again I will certainly rent this unit again

Very nice accommodations

We were pleased with the property. It was spacious and most everything we needed was supplied. The cleansers were under the impression that check-in was 4:00 rather than 3:00 so we had to wait to get in for 20 or 30 minutes while they finished up. There was an ant issue in the kitchen but the kitchen-safe pest spray under the sink dealt with them immediately. Maybe the cleaners got in a hurry because the family room rug didn’t seem to have been vacuumed. One of the outdoor chairs was broken and actually could be dangerous. We would stay there again and would recommend.

Great Central Location

Location of Condo was perfect for getting around Pinehurst area and was a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils and plenty of coffee! 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of space and 2 parking spaces on site were nice. Overall great stay.
