Lakeview 130 has undergone a total renovation. Self checkin with an entry door keypad. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 4 individuals max comfortably. Enjoy the pool 150' away and cook on the grill on the balcony that overlooks the pool. Just 3/4 mile from Pinehurst Clubhouse and area attractions close by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, blender, mixer, coffee maker, crockpot, pizza pan, cookie sheets, waffle maker, coffees, teas and creamers, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies quart and gallon.

One bedroom has two beds and one bedroom has a king that can be split. High end bed linens and towels. New memory foam mattresses

3 Roku televisions, DVDs and player, free wifi, first aid kits, sewing kits, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and pool towels provided. Great room tv is a smart tv so you can stream. There is a camera that overlooks the parking lot and front stoop for the lower and upper level.

This condo was incredibly welcoming and truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtful and intentional—the host even left welcome snacks, which was such an unexpected and appreciated touch. After Bill’s first retirement, we made our move to the Pacific Northwest. Bill began his second career, and I continued my first career. We also built a working ranch and established a forest stewardship. After 15 years, we purchased a home in Pinehurst. We enjoy the outdoor activities that Pinehurst offers; golf, tennis, boating, hiking and relaxing. We have been involved in purchasing and renovating properties for 43 years. In September of 2015 we purchased Lakeview 130 and began a total renovation. Now complete we invite you to stay and enjoy this historic area and all the activities it offers. Thank you for considering Lakeview 130. As always our continued thoughts and prayers are with our service members currently serving, those who have served and their families. A Ring doorbell camera is on the front stoop. It is engaged 24/7. Thank you.
