Downstairs:
Spacious open plan living/kitchen. Separate toilet. Seating and dining area, games, toys and books. Highchair.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee (pads) machine.

​Upstairs:
1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with two single beds.
Bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
Stair gate top of the stairs only.
