In the heart of a Charente village, in a recently renovated outbuilding of a former farmhouse, we welcome you for your holidays, a weekend, or a business stay. Enjoy a large, peaceful, enclosed, and tree-filled garden, as well as a spacious, pleasant covered area in front of the gîte.

This accommodation, ideal for four guests, features a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a living room opening onto the south-facing garden, and a small bathroom with WC. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, dressing area, and desk, plus an adjoining bedroom with two single beds. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.



Towels are available as an option for short stays and included for stays of one week or more. In winter, a heating fee may be requested.



The village offers all amenities: pharmacy, bakery, butcher, hairdressers, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacconist, bank, municipal swimming pool in summer, and a 24-hour minimarket. The SNCF train station and an electric car charging point are 300 meters away. Free parking is available near the property, as well as three pétanque courts. A laundromat is 3 km away.



This gîte is independent and close to the owners’ home, with a shared access courtyard. The property is fully fenced. The garden and covered area are yours to use during your stay; we only enter for regular maintenance.



The accommodation is not suitable for young children. A dog lives in the owners’ home.
